Get up close and personal with local flora and fauna,kayak on the lake,take a lake edge,including wetlands or native bush walk,mountain bike in nearby world class tracks or head out onto lake for some trout fishing(open all year).wonderful swimming spot in the summer. A great base for visiting attractions further afield in Waikato and Bay of plenty areas(all within 1-2 hrs drive)a perfect place to relax and recover from jetlag or tiring road travel.

Fully equipped modern kitchen opens out into a private courtyard/BBQ area with views of the lake.All rooms have lake or bush views.A short stroll to lake edge(20m) and jetty. FREE use of small rowboat and life jackets,Free organic produce and smoked trout(when available). Kayaks and mountainbikes for hire.
