Broadeaves is a fabulous home located in the garden circle of Waikanae on 50 mins from the hub of Wellington. On grounds of 2700sqm, there is a heated outdoor swimming pool, petanque piste, children's play area including tree hut, formal gardens and more. The separate guests wing has 2 rooms. The Magnolia Room with ensuite, walkin robe and a private spa pool in the courtyard outside the bedroom. Adjacent there is a twin room or super king for families or couples travelling together.

A private bathroom is located across the hall. As soon as you arrive at Broadeaves you are greeted at the door and made to feel most welcome. The smell of fresh baking wafting through the house was a lovely touch. Liz will show you to your room and give you a tour of the property. The Magnolia Room has all you could possibly need. From the flat screen TV and DVD player, to tea and coffee even plunger coffee and biscuits.

The lounge boosts a grand piano and Andrew is a pleasure to listen to, with a great array of classical music. Refreshments are provided on arrival. Either afternoon tea or pre dinner drinks are served alfresco on the veranda or indoors depending on the weather.

Liz makes a wonderful evening meal for those guests wanting to eat in. Fabulous 3 course meals, fill of colour and a variety tastes. Using only fresh local seasonal produce. Whether you choose an upmarket family meal or a gourmet delight, you wont be disappointed. Breakfast is served in the dining room or on the cafe tables outside weather permitting.
