Spectacular views from self contained flat with Queen double bed and double bed settee, washing facilities ie washer, tub & dryer, kitchen has fridge freezer & dishwasher, own entrance. upstairs room also with views has Queen bed ensuite, coffee making facilities own entrance thru pool room. Third room is homestay with double bed and ensuite. In house sound system ie tv, cd,radio all rooms have TV

Vince trains our race horses and guests are invited to go to the track with him in the morning or accompany him when he feeds up morning and night.  Our farm is home to moreporks, pheasants, ducks and the rare brown bitton.
We are a short drive to good restaurants,golf course, race track, beaches,good fishing, supermarket or we can cook you a home grown meal. We have enjoyed doing B & B for 17 years and look forward to making your holiday memorable.
