Ideal For short stays from May 1st-31st October 2012. The Studio Is available for one night stays for these months at $90 a night

A self contained light airy open plan spacious studio style cottage will sleep two in a queen bed , the studio is next to the pool with its own little private garden and BBQ area but also with complete freedom to use the rest of the large park like gardens and picnic down by the river....  Napier is 10 minutes drive away with its wineries, ,aquarium and Art Deco culture and we are also 10 Min's from Hastings with Splash Planet,The Gannet colony, Te Mata Peak , Te mata restaurant, the Aritaki Honey , Clifton beach cafe so much to see and do you'll never be bored The village of Clive  3 minutes away and just 10 mins from Napier and Hastings 8 mins from Havalock North  a 2 minutes drive away to shops,deli/bottle shop & a good restaurant we are the perfect place to do everything or nothing at all... if you want more than wineries & marine parade attractions you have the choice of cape kidnappers,Te mata peak,splash planet,Hawkes bay farmers market on sundays,nearby coastal beach walk, great cycle paths, 2 great sandy beaches 15 mins away and the best fish and chip shop just two minutes drive away and come and meet Raj the friendly pig and sheep, pigs with their babies next door who love meeting people.

High Season January February March April $130 a night for a couple children under 14yrs can stay at no extra charge, adults $15 each a night

Prices include the first few days continental breakfast supplies left for you to help yourself

Orange juice, Milk, tea, coffee,toast, jams and cereal, if you like a cooked breakfast there is across the road a quaint cafe 5 minutes drive away is Bay expresso with the Best coffee in the Bay and the breakfasts are fabulous
