The House of Glenora offers seclusion, tranquility and relaxation in the heart of the Picton township, only minutes from Picton's many cafes, restaurants and galleries. The house is surrounded by an extensive colourful and fragrant garden and looks out to the picturesque Marlborough Sounds.

Built in the 1860's, the home is one of Marlborough's most historical homesteads. Extensively made from the native rimu and kauri woods, the house originally was home to Picton's first magistrate, John Allen. By 1902, his daughters had transformed the house into the Picton Collegiate School.

There is private guest parking at the property and unlimited street parking.
