Close to the beaches, but away from the crowds, Orchard View provides the perfect location for your holiday. In close proximity to the Abel Tasman National Park, Kaiteriteri and Marahau this cosy cottage sleeps 4 people comfortably in 2 bedrooms.The main bedroom has a queensize bed and the second bedroom two single bunk beds.
There is a double sofa bed in the living area and a port a cot is available on request.

In the living/dining area there is satellite TV, CD player/radio and phone. The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, pots, pans, utensils etc. and is open plan with the living/dining area.
The large and sunny deck is complete with tables, chairs and gas BBQ and offers stunning views of the valley.

Orchard View is in a rural setting, well away from the road, and consisting of kiwifruit orchard, pasture, riverside and native bush. The property is home to small farm animals, horses, llamas, Labrador dogs, free range hens, turkeys, peacocks and ducks, not to mention the abundance of native bird life. Fish for trout in the Riwaka River which forms one boundary to the property or just 10 minutes away is the larger Motueka River.
A great place for children being well away from the road and with plenty of space to run around.

Prices are for up to 4 people staying. An additional $15 will be charged per extra person per night. Two night minimum stay. School and public holidays charged at the high season rate of $125 per night.
