The perfect weekend destination for those looking for peace, comfort and privacy yet only 15min pleasant walk to Palm Beach through the reserve. Perfect for 2 couples or family of 4. This attractive modern home (6 yrs old) is fully equipped, sunny and warm with 2 good size bedrooms Twin and a Queen, full bathroom and a separate toilet.

The open plan living, kitchen, dining opens out to a north facing very sunny deck (Gas BBQ and outdoor table and chairs), which borders a valley reserve, and birds are everywhere. The lounge has TV, DVD, and Music system and has a limited selection of books, DVDs and CDs for your use. Kitchen is set up with cutlery, crockery, microwave, full oven, coffee plunger, espresso machine, toaster, and large fridge freezer.

The comfy beds have duvets and linen, towels are also available at extra $5pp per stay. For longer stays there is a washing machine and dryer, and off-street parking if your driving over (for 4 people this can work out the cheapest way on some of the ferry specials). All you need is your food and clothes. Everything else you will find in the cottage. So whether for a cozy winters break with a good book and a glass of red, or a summer beach and wine holiday, you can't beat a weekend away on Waiheke.
