15 minutes drive to the cities of Porirua, Lower Hutt and Upper Hutt, and 30 minutes from Wellington, we are not far from all the action. We have an elevated site with the Farmstay set close to the forest - Great views, quad riding, shooting, bush walks, often a bottle fed lamb, 2 horses, cows and calves. Guest bathroom and shower, Sky and broadband internet complementary. Also Wireless network.
Rates include 30 min quadbike ride per person per day.Bikes for adults and kids with no experience.

Top restaurant and Lighthouse cinema 6 minutes drive at Pauahatanui. Close to fishing areas, both seawater and Trout. 5kms from the Steam Train rides and a further 30 minutes to Stagland Wildlife park. Learn to windsurf and waterski only 10 minutes away. Boat charters can be arranged. 45 minutes away to the Wairarapa and 30 minutes to Te Papa. Lord of the Rings film shoot locations just round the corner.
