Description: Ithaci Villa is luxurious, superbly appointed and designed for comfort and relaxation. This new villa is tastefully decorated with beautiful views over the Mangonui harbour from all rooms, offering two spacious bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom (separate wings) the master bedroom with a queen bed, the second bedroom with a queen and single bed each opening out to the extensive deck. The middle section has an open plan designer kitchen with dual oven (electric ) and gas hobb plates, dining room and lounge which open on to an extensive deck. A compact laundry includes washing machine and dryer.

Terms & Conditions:
* Rates are quoted for 2 person occupancy, per night basis.
* All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include Goods & Services Tax of 12.5% ( GST )
* Additional per person rate: NZD30.00 per night
* A minimum 2 night stay is applicable between 15 January to 31 March, 1 November to 24 December, Queens Birthday Weekend & Labour Weekend.We are flexible through the winter/spring months.
* Minimum 3 night stay is applicable between 25 December to 14 January and Easter Weekend.
* To confirm your reservation we require a 50% deposit of the total booking paid by direct debit into our bank account, the balance payable 21 days prior to your arrival.
* No booking is guaranteed unless the deposit is paid.
* Check-in time is from – 3 : 00pm
* Check-out time is - 10 : 00am
* Late Arrival – should your arrival be delayed, please contact us so that alternative arrangements can be made re:key.

Cancellation Policy :
* All cancellations must be notified in writing, by email or post 21 days prior to arrival ; your deposit will be refunded less a 10% booking fee.
* Cancellations made less than 21 days prior to arrival ; deposit will be non-refundable
* There are no refunds for early departure.
