We have two luxurious guest rooms with adjoining ensuites, both decorated in English country style.  In both rooms only the finest linen and fittings have been used.  These include crisp cotton sheets and luxurious white towels and bath robes.  Each room has tea/coffee making facilities, CD/tape/radio/TV, electric blankets, feather duvets and woollen blankets, toiletries and fresh flowers.

We serve a full gourmet breakfast either in your room, in the dining room or alfresco in the large garden.  Thornton House is centrally located opposite Lake Te Kotu, very easy to find and easy walking distance to the local café’s, restaurants, shops etc.
