McDougall House is a newly, established unique type of accommodation in Merivale, an appealing suburb of Christchurch.We have just completed redecorating using exquisitely tasteful furnishings, fine linen and modern accessories. The unit is separate from the main house but has all the comforts anyone would require to make their stay with us a special experience.
A continental breakfast, plunger coffee, selection of teas and home baking are there for you in your room.The pool house as it was originally called, looks out onto the pool area and herbaceous flower garden where we have our beautiful Margaret Merrill roses.In the front garden, bordering the tennis court there is an abundance of rhododendrons and azaleas and this garden is a picture in the spring.Our property is for you to enjoy or just relax in the peaceful surroundings on the terrace or beside the pool. It is going to be our pleasure to give you the New Zealand hospitality that this country is known for. We look forward to hosting you.
