Our recently delightfully up graded 1950s brick home exudes comfort with spectacular close-up views of the ocean and inland to Mt Cook. We feel it is a delight living here and would like to share this with others. The tastefully furnished rooms have television with access to separate outside patios. Handy to hospital and gardens. It is a comfortable walking distance to shops, cafés, bars, or eating place of your choice. Timaru is centrally situated on the east coast of the South Island, allowing easy access to many scenic spots, i.e. day trips to lakes, skiing in winter, Mount Cook, fishing rivers, bush walks, vineyards and other interesting towns.
