The house is fully furnished and sleeps 6, has large patio area and includes, TV's in all rooms, barbeque, garden furniture, Internet access, 2 x mountain bikes, golf clubs, and best of all it includes a Toyota Regius 7 seat people carrier in the price (subject to age and licence restrictions) We also include airport pick up and take you straight to the house so no having to drive straight after a long flight.

Sumner is one of the best areas of Christchurch and has all the trappings of village life and the beach is 4 minuets walk and there are at least 10 coffee bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk. If your wanting to sample NZ life at its best and most laid back then this could be the place for you.
