Accommodation Description:

Brand new luxury self contained one bedroomed ensuite accommodation, adjacent to the owners new house, but with its own private entrance& parking adjacent to the apartment. It offers a separate large bedroom with kingsized bed and quality linens; luxury white dressing robes and slippers; dressing area; luxury ensuite bathroom with underfloor heating, tiled floor & heated towel warmer. Luxury towels & beach towels.

Adjoining sitting room & kitchenette contains leather sofa and easy chair, marble topped table and chairs; tv & dvd; hifi; ceiling fan; the kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic hob; microwave; fridge & is sufficiently equipped to allow you to prepare simple meals. Both the bedroom & living room have large picture windows and sliding doors opening onto kwila decks with amazing views over the estuary towards Mt. Arthur & the Kahurangi mountain ranges. The accommodation is very sunny and warm. Guests are invited to use the owners swimming pool during their stay (seasonal use).

Longer stays are encouraged to fully appreciate the beauty of the area and explore the National parks; wineries; cafes etc  There are many summer events, too numerous to mention, in the region eg Mapua Easter Fair; Neudorf Fair; Woollaston Jazz lunchtimes; concerts. Discounts offered for longer stays & off season & winter bookings.  Minimum 3 night stay from mid December to end January. Prices include breakfast basket & fruit platter.  However if breakfast is not required there is a reduction of $15 per day on the tarrif
