Kippilaw House is a brand new Victorian style Eco friendly Home with ensuite bathrooms off  every bedroon. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable cosy  King size Beds. Tasteful older style furniture with french doors opening out onto a deck and gardens. A private Large guest only lounge is at your disposal, with libary, Sky Television, dvd,s, cd,s and the sound of slience.

We offer 24 hour hospitaity service, excellent food choices prepared by a Professional Chef owner operator who has inexcess of 30 years hospitality experience. We provide a  4 course A La Carte Dinner Menu which changes every night. You have the choice of 4 starters, 4 main courses 4 desserts and fresh fruit and local cheese with peti fours and coffee.All produce is locally sourced and made by us.
Priced at $80.00 per person which includes a bottle of Local Marlborough wine between 2 persons.

Kippilaw House has a small cooking school on site. With one on one tuition or up to 6 persons in a class.
Learn to make Fresh Pasta, raviolli,  focaccia or Pidi  Breads. Terrines or Pates in one of our 2 1/2 hr classes . The price at $75.00 per person includes all ingredients. It is a lot of  Fun and great experience.

Gentelmen have a choice of Deer, pig, or goat  Shooting with a professional National operator or deep sea fishing with an experienced deep sea fisherman. Price on inquirey as there are differnet modes of transport eg helicopter,landcruiser boats or walking. The choices are yours.

KIPPILAW HOUSE winter rates are from  1 May until the 30th September 2009 UNTIL $220.00 per night per couple.

Summer rates are from 1 October 2009 until 30 April 2010  $350.00 per night per couple

Our Picton Suite is a private area upstairs $550.00 per night for 4 people share bathroom with each other, this includes a very large master bedroom with Super King bed, lovely comfortable furniture. Dining table and chairs fridge,tea and coffee making facilities. There is also another room with a queen size roll away bed which is a  sitting/room libary TV room with your own Sky channels. This suite is perfect for a small travelling family who wish to be together, breakfast and dinner is served in this area if requested.
