Rothesay is set in a pleasant garden.  In the back is a probably Martinborough's smallest vineyard growing Pinot grapes.  There is a large and private deck partially covered by wisteria.
There is a new gas BBQ and a gas heater to complement this outdoor area.

Inside, the house is totally refurbished with a new kitchen, heat pump air conditioning, two showers, two toilets.  Two bedrooms have new Queen sized beds, the third has two singles.  Two additional single beds are available in the lounge.

The lounge has a new flat screen TV with freeview, and is equiped with a comfortable lounge suite. For your safety a smoke detector is hard wired, in addition to several battery alarms.
